Merino's Home Inspection

Mike presented a very concise report down to cracks in ceilings and possible plumbing issues.  He took his time and explained everything to my wife.  Gave us both a realistic look at what we were buying.  I was out of town, but he was very responsive to all my calls.  Would recommend his services to all.  Very professional and very cost effective.  

Both the inspections went great!  The first house had way too many problems to list but the second house was a lot better and I bought it.
Mike told to follow him and ask as many questions that i could think of and to stop him if I needed him to go into more detail, which I did several times. Now, I am pretty handy and knowledgeable but Mike spent 3 1/2 hours walking me through and explaining things to me that a first time home buyer should know.
Besides telling me everything that he saw wrong with the house, he gave me opinions and tons of different options on how to go about fixing problems. He also provided me lists of well reputable companies that could do the work for fair prices as well.
Another Plus side to Mike, he is extremely friendly, polite and had a sense of humor. 
He didn't cuss or swear at all.
I am very happy with this company and extremely happy I met Mike. I will go as far to say I made a new friend that day!

Very happy with the Inspection that was done, he was very thorough, took his time and made sure everything that was possible to inspect was inspected. Had the report in 24 hrs and was very detailed.

It went great in both cases I hired Mike. He found things that were wrong that we had no idea were there. He suggested how certain repairs could be made and explained how do make some minor repairs and maintainance myself so I could save money rather than hiring someone. He is a true professional.
