Mr. K was not a honest man, he never explain to my husband that he was signing a contract. He said that the insurace company will not work with him unless he sign the paper. so, several day later while I was cleaning the house I happen to pick up the paper and began reading it. and it stated that we had three day to cancel the contract, it was more the 5 days when I look at the contract so, I call Mr K. and said you never said to my husband that he was signing a contract. His attitude as well it's a binding contract. I found Mr. K to not only be deceptive but dishonest also. He got about 1,200 dollars from us because he was going to put a lien on our house. watch out for people like Mr. K he will try to milk the insurance company, if he know you have insurance. he also try to change the date. and I said that was not the day the hail storm occured on he said well the insuance was not going to pay us for damages the were done a year ago , I then said so be it, it the don't approve the claim, we just waited to late. but he try for this reason I could not work with the man, then he had the nerve to tell me how he was a christain. because the Lord had bless him ,he also said he had many contract on his desk where people didn't pay him and all he has to do it turn it over to his lawyer please read the fine print and ask questions before you sign anything.he wanted to put his bid in instead of allowing us to get other estimates.
