Setup is convenient. In general, the quality seems comparable to other services we've used, such as cable or DSL. However, we've experienced many service outages compared to our experience with either cable or DSL, one outage lasting for 2 weeks(which we did notice a small discount in our bill for that month). The company's explanations for the outages have been weather related, damage from nearby construction, and damage to a cable from being hit by a truck. The cable damaged by a truck has been the most frequent cause.
