It worked great. This same company also treats other units in our building where young kids are present, and we find they are very conscientious about avoiding spreading or spraying poisons where they can come in contact with kids.

It went really well. The technician was on time and professional.

First of all he said he would be here at noon. He was not here at noon but rather called at noon to ask me AGAIN what he was coming out for spiders or mice. I told him mice. He arrived 20 min later...not too bad, and came into my house with a flashlight and looked for mice droppings behind the furniture. Their was a strong stench in the study and he confirmed it, but besides looking with a flashlight said he could do nothing about it. Told me to call a duct guy to get my vents and duct work cleaned out! Checked out the house with a flashlight. I have a walkup attic and told him my husband had set some traps up there. I told him that we had caught 2 mice but every night my husband checked, the peanut butter was gone, but the trap didn't catch the mice. He put some wax like substance, I think he called weather block up there, which supposedly acts like decon. My husband could have done that. We thought that was bad cause they could die in our walls and smell the house up. He confirmed that could happen. We really didn't want that to happen and have another room in the house smell like our study! Overall the guy was nice--a little on the carcastic side--said he couldn't break down the walls for me! He received a phone call from what I suspect was a family member and I could tell he was in a hurry to get out of here. He is a guy that works out of his house.

Overall house was sprayed for recurring ants in the kitchen dining area problem. Never saw another ant after that day in the kitchen or anywhere else! Had tried everything numerous times over! Bonus to this was that when he sprayed for the ants, we have not seen barely any spiders in the basement either!! Also sprayed outside for wasps while he was here. Wasps have NOT built any nests around the house and have seen less of them flying around (could be due to the weather though with not seeing them flying around - not sure). Have had these ants every spring for the last 5 years since we moved in here... not anymore now that I have found Enviro! He was a little behind schedule, but he did call so that was not a problem.

Excellent. This is the third year I have used this company for ants. I call to make appointment and it is scheduled for an appointment two days later. Arrives on time. Jim remembers where the colonies where last year. He offers a 90 day guarantee and If ants do come back I call him and he resprays. I have two dogs and he is careful around them as well with the products that he uses.

I noticed recent carpenter ant activity around my front porch and tree. I consulted Angie's List and called this company and made an appointment for Sunday (yes, Sunday). He arrived just 15 min. late, but he sprayed the porch, tree trunk and all around the perimeter of my house (20 min.). I inquired about the chemicals, as I have an indoor/outdoor cat, and was told that it was safe (big plus!) Oh! And he arrived in a pickup truck wearing a t-shirt and jeans...no pest control insignia (another big plus!). Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely use this company again.

They never returned my phone call requesting service/a quote.

The house was sprayed, and so far we have not seen another ant.

We called Envio Pest Control, they responded with a voice mail and did not call back again. We called a second time, and within three hours they came and sprayed after inspecting.

The first treatment did the trick as we never saw another bee again.

The owner/operator provided an estimate and the price has remained competitive ($85 every three months). I make an appointment approximately a week in advance, and the owner/operator is always dependable and on time. He works steadily and efficiently and always asks if I've experienced any problems. He reminds me to call him if I see any of the unwanted critters before his next scheduled visit. I have been very satisfied with this service.

The service person was very thorough. He did a great job. I haven't seen any ants since he sprayed.

HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY. HE SPRAYED ONCE AND I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY INSECTS SINCE.
