Lawn care was consistent on a weekly basis as agreed. But, business has poor customer response to phone calls. And, the business is not responsive to one-time services. They should take the one-time services off the site as an option for obtaining a quote.

I hired Dillon Services to handle our lawn care for the summer to give my husband the summer off. They had the lowest prices out of 10 companies that I received quotes for. They were dependable and worked fast and did an excellent job. They also did an extra task I asked them to without charging me for it. I will use them again next summer and I've recommended them to my neighbors.

Sales person talks a good game, tells ya what ya want to hear. When they came out to do the job, I assumed they had a big machine like the rest of the lawn care companies do, they came out with a lawnmower and and a weedwacker. My kid was standing by the window and she heard the man tell the kid, just do the high grass? And that's what he did, they did not cut the whole lawn, same thing in the back yard, they did not weedwack, I had to come out the next day and cut my grass the correct way.I was very dissatisfied, I've been cutting my own grass ever since. Would I recommend them? Sadly no.

This is an ongoing service. They have been very prompt removing snow after a storm. They came out twice for each of the bigger storms. They even came out for a very light snow. Very satisfied so far.
