Basically we had two opportunities with two different laptops. They were professional but unfortunately the laptop never really got fixed. They worked for a little while and I just trash them.  After you try to rebuild the operating system then there is not really much you can do for them. He was responsive and he did what he could do and he kept in contact with the repairs. He got back to me relatively and I would go back to him with a different laptop. I think he know his stuff and I relly like him because he was nearby.

Our Wii got a fatal error message and would no longer work. We could have sent it into Nintendo for repair, but that seemed like a hassle. We looked for someone local who did repairs and found CastilloTech. We described the problem over the phone and Ruben seemed to know right away that the problem was with the laser and said he could fix it for $45.00. That sounded like a bargain, so we took it in to him. Three hours later he called and said our Wii was ready for pick up. Unbelievable turn-around time! Our Wii is working great and no data was lost. Couldn't be happier with the service from CastilloTech.
