The estimator said they were booked but would try to accomodate my time schedule.  The next morning they called and had squeezed me in so I could be here when the work was done.  The crew showed up at exactly the time they said they'd come.  As they worked, the supervisor kept asking me if I was happy with the work and if there was something more I wanted.  Every branch, every leaf was cleaned up and removed from my property.  The entire crew was polite and efficient.  I would most definitely call again if I needed tree service.  Highly recommend this company.

We waited a couple months for them to come out, but that is because these guys are so good they have a waiting list.
They came on time, were polite and professional. They were really quick too! They did an artful job on our Locust and I expect that thing to last for decades. I would really recommend them!

Everything went very well.  The estimator, Mike, explained what the crew would do.  First, small branches would be cut away, continuing to larger branches, so that the affected tree would be unharmed.  Last, the heavy, log-sized branch would be sawn away.
The crew arrived and removed all fallen sections as described.  The job was efficient and quick, about 20 minutes.

Came when the said and acted professionally in the tree removal

A cut above was very responsive to my request. Came out right away to give an estimate. For them it was a small job but, they were still willing to take care of me and gave me what I thought was a fair price. They were aware that once the tree came down they would have to schedule the stump removal along with my fence project at a later date. Once the fence removal date and time were set I called back and they said it would be no problem. They would be there 30 minutes after fence crew. Unfortunately, the fence crew was not made aware of this scheduling by their supervisors. A Cut Above was obviously very upset by the circumstances but hung in there and waited for the fence team to arrive. While waiting they even started the fence removal themselves to help expedite the matter. I know that my tree removal was more of a small headache that turned into a big one and the company probably took a loss due to all the time involved but, I really appreciate that they even took the job without killing me on the price and then stuck it out when the fence company was nowhere in site.
I would not hesitate to use them again or endorse them to others. They'll probably run the other way though if they hear my name!!

We had already had two estimates for tree trimming, both of which were high. A Cut Above was not on the list of tree service companies given to me by Angie's List, but they were right in our town. They returned my call promptly and came out to give the estimate. The estimate was based on the length of the job, not which branches I wanted cut. On the work description, the person giving the estimate wrote some specifics and then "all trim work as per customer."
When four workers came, they worked hard for two hours doing more trimming than I had even asked when I got the other estimates.
They were responsive to my requests for them to cut certain branches, and also had good suggestions themselves - such as which branches to cut of those hanging over the roof.
I will definitely call A Cut Above next time I need tree service in my yard.

Everything went well and we were completely satisfied

A Cut Above arrived on time and had the tree removed within about 2 hours. They completely cleaned up the area, removing all branches, sticks, and pine needles. Ground up all the large branches into mulch and carted them away. The following day they returned to grind out the stump as planned. The chips left from grinding out the stump were left behind as we agreed. We were very happy with Kyle and his crew, they did a excellent job and we would use his service again.

A Cut Above has given us really good estimates, and they've been incredibly professional. I would recommend them to anybody! In fact, my neighbors hired them after seeing their good work in our yard.

Excellent! Of 3 bids, they were the c heapest. They did exactly what we asked for.. My yard was cleaner than before they came! Excellent, excellent!

Overall it went very well. The trimmers showed up at 7:30 am on time. and left by 3:pm. The second crew showed up around pm to remove cut trees. Then ground the stumps. He also cleaned up after himself. I gave them A's because of their punctuality and professionalism and the job it self.

They did everything when I was at work which was nice. They left a lot of the stump leftovers, but I ended up using it as mulch.

They were very good and professional. The price was outstanding. I was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anybody.
