I would say they were very professional and communicated well. I think they had a very detailed skills of work. At the beginning has helped me understand the progress and literally monitor what we were getting for what we were paying for.

It was the first time we had ever tackled a kitchen project and Jim's design ideas and expertise were key to having this project run smoothly. He worked very close with us to schedule his crews to be there at key times in order to keep the project moving forward. All of the workers who came to our home were very courteous, clean, and efficient. They were experts at their work and pleasant to work with. They were responsive to minor change requests and Jim was extremely open and easy to work with.
We compared his original quote with other contractors and found him to be very competitive to the point that we trusted his pricing on our additional work requests without feeling the need to get more quotes.
We recommend USI with enthusiasm. We'll hire him again in the future for sure!

They were contracted by IKEA. I had a fantastic experience with them. They're wonderful because they do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. As contractors go, everything's not a change order. They make suggestions based on thier experience, which made my kitchen remodel, things I had not considered.

Jim's suggestions werent given to drive more revenue to them, it's to give you a better result. His guys are professional and mannerable, in addition to having the technical skills. They cleaned up everyday before they left my house. Jim checked in daily with me and his team. My kitchen was remodeled, demo to finshed in 4 weeks, no delays. I plan to use them for my bathroom, actually.

The job was a little sloppy, they chipped our bathtub in some spots. Also made a call to USI early this year, they had installed some electrical items for us, it was for our ceiling fan in our bedroom, it wobbled profusely, and USI never returned our call, we just figured it out ourselves.

The staff was very fast and professional. They provided quick, reliable service in person and on the phone. They were responsive to our needs and the price was great. I will use them again in the future if needed.
