The customer service was bad. They were polite, but I was sent to India and they transfer you from one person to the next person. They said I had to call the store and they did not have the number for the store. That was their customer service. I went to the store and my washer is a big front loader that sits on drawers. I wanted the exact same one, because I already had the drawers, and they are like $300 a piece. The salesman sold me the same one. He seemed to be the only salesman there that did not know that they no longer separate the drawers. When they came, it would not fit. They took it back and I had to wait a week for the one that I ordered over the phone, with a different guy. The second guy was great. The delivery guy was great.

I had done some research myself, but Sears seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the refrigerator market. The salesman Jerry was very helpful. They kept the store open 30 minutes past the closing time so that I could have my wife come over and look at the refrigerator before purchasing it. They were very helpful.
