 + -1 moreI had one cushion that was mis-sewn, and they sent me a new cushion within 10 days. They asked me send them a photograph, but they didn't ask me to mail them the other cushion, which I appreciated. The delivery was good, and their response was immediate about the cushion. I called, and they gave me an email to send the picture, and they responded.
Description of Work: I used Lazy Boy Furniture. I purchased a couch and a love seat there.

 + -1 morechoice. He just assumed delivery. Pickup was only available for free in Bolingbrook. We live in Arlington Heights. Asked for it to be sent to the Oak Brook store. He said that would be $40. We then asked for a manager to see if this fee could be waived, due to the mistakes. The salesperson came back and said NO. The whole process took a really long time and had to keep shuffling from one desk to another. My partner was wearing a boot on her foot due to upcoming foot surgery but that did not seem to matter. We decided to walk away from the transaction. Again, no apology or attempt to keep our business. We truly feel the salesman had no clue that he was not providing acceptable Customer Service. We will not be going back to Laz y Boy again.
Description of Work: We were shopping for a recliner. We worked with a salesman who answered questions from time to time. We choose a recliner with a regular price of $599, on sale for $449. The salesperson rang it up, based upon a fabric swatch for the color we chose. However, it ended up being the wrong swatch, which then became the wrong price (higher by $150). He said "can you check this out to see if you agree with everything"? Since there was fabric treatment, delivery and tax, it took a bit of review to find the mistake. When found, the salesman was like "oh well, we all make mistakes". No apology. We then said we want to do pick up instead of delivery. We had never been given the
