I had one cushion that was mis-sewn, and they sent me a new cushion within 10 days. They asked me send them a photograph, but they didn't ask me to mail them the other cushion, which I appreciated. The delivery was good, and their response was immediate about the cushion. I called, and they gave me an email to send the picture, and they responded.

choice. He just assumed delivery. Pickup was only available for free in Bolingbrook. We live in Arlington Heights. Asked for it to be sent to the Oak Brook store. He said that would be $40. We then asked for a manager to see if this fee could be waived, due to the mistakes. The salesperson came back and said NO. The whole process took a really long time and had to keep shuffling from one desk to another. My partner was wearing a boot on her foot due to upcoming foot surgery but that did not seem to matter. We decided to walk away from the transaction. Again, no apology or attempt to keep our business. We truly feel the salesman had no clue that he was not providing acceptable Customer Service. We will not be going back to Laz y Boy again.
