Bob did the tour of our house and told us what looked good and what did not look good and gave us some feed back. He took photos for the brochures and gave us the comparables and other suggestions on how we could sell our house price wise. He told us what the competition was and helped with the paperwork and made it easy, and answered the questions and was patient with us. We were looking for a house as well. He remembered the preferences that we had also. He respected the thoughts we had for houses. He was a good real estate agent for us.
