Yes, I recommend this pro
Went great.  Gave terrific advice regarding pricing, repairs, and showing.  They were courteous and professional.  Respectful of my emotional ties to property.  Patiently explained anything I had questions about.  Didn't "talk down" to me because I am a woman.  Sold house quickly for good price.

Dave and his staff  were polite and responsible.  They sold the home quickly and work well with women.  They displayed   sensitivity to the  emotional issues surrounding the transaction.  All of his advice was spot-on.  They respected the property.  The process was virtually hassle-free and I recommend this agency without hesitation.
