Mike is an exceptional, friendly and talented professional. We have a lot of landscaping and plants around the house and pool deck area. Mike took great care to protect the plants. The house, windows, and concrete areas look brand new. I would recommend Mike to anyone...he is the consummate pro!

When I joined Angie's List, I wanted to find local, friendly and trustworthy companies with reasonable rates to do work on my house, and that is EXACTLY what I got with MJM Window Cleaning and Power Washing!! 

When I initially called for an estimate, Mike returned my call within 24 hours, and was also able to stop by to look at my house and deck for a quote within just a few days.  I immediately felt comfortable with Mike... He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and seemed very knowledgable and competent with the work at hand.  I hired him right away and we got my house scheduled within 10 days of our first meeting.  I was at work most of the day he washed my house, and boy was I surprised when I came home!!  What a HUGE difference!  He was able to remove all the black mold from the siding and the front porch, and removed all the mildew from the deck.  He even got almost all the old stain out, which has given me a fresh clean base to work with.  One thing I was worried about was the effects on my landscaping after power washing... however 6 weeks or so later, all my plants are still alive and well!

I also needed my roof cleaned, and Mike recommended a friend of his (Mike Mason), whom I also hired for a very reasonable rate of $280.  Apparently I had the worst roof that Mike has ever seen!  But with his hard work, I have a few more years of life on my shingles.

Thanks to both Mike and Mike for a job very well done!  My house looks great!

I called him from a select few contractors off of Angie's List. We met twice to talk about the work and pricing. After thinking about it, I felt so comfortable with him and his price, I didn't call any other contractor and chose him. He accomplished the work without me needing to be there just as he said he would to include not messing up the yard, bushes, landscaping etc. He did everything as promised and the house looks great!!! I grabbed numerous business cards from him and will ensure all my neighbors and friends know who to call for their pressure washing needs.

Fabulous. Mike arrived when he said he would. He looked at my house and we agreed on a price. He worked from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. straight. My house and windows are gleaming...it looks like a new house. He sprayed the house first, then brushed it down before power washing it. He removed silicone smudges that the contractors had left behind when they built the house, and he didn't harm any of my flowers or herbs. He even got on my roof to clean a second story window. I'm more than impressed and won't think of using anyone else.

When we talked to Mike to get an estimate he was very pleasant and professional. Mike did an excellent job. The house looks great. He even power washed the cover on our air conditioner as it also had dirt and mildew buildup. He was very careful around the bedding plants and shrubs, no damage at all.
