The move out went quickly and the movers were professional, thorough, and friendly. The move in the next day was not quite as thorough and many things were put in the wrong places, despite directions. Some damage was done to the home (scares to walls, damaged trim), but we did not file a claim, as it didn't seem worth it. At the end of the move, they claimed they had left the bolts that held our bed together at our old home, and said it "wasn't worth our money for them to pick it up" and that we would be better off finding some and putting the bed together ourselves. Thankfully, a member of the crew found them on the truck, but the fact that they were willing to leave us in that situation did not make us happy. We discovered a couple of days after moving in that a new tv we had recently purchased before moving had a large crack in the center (about 6 inches). We contacted the company and they said they would process our claim, hopefully in a few weeks time. Two months later we received a letter saying that they denied the claim completely because the team leader stated they "did not move any TVs." The TVs were on our estimate, and there were several of them. This blatant lie is completely unprofessional, and also left us out nearly $1000. We followed up with the claims department and they "reinterviewed" our team. They each said they moved three TVs, but no TVs in a box (as this one was). This is contradictory to the letter we received saying they moved no TVs. The women told my husband that he was lying and that they could not help us. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Terrible business, and terrible customer service.
