I was out of town and found Dave through Angie's list. He quoted me what I thought was a fair price based on my estimate of the size of my living room. He came and did the floors while I was out of town. He did an unbelievable job. They were very rough and scratched from years of abuse and now are as smooth as polished glass. When he left the final bill it was even less than what he quoted on the phone. He deserves an A++++++ rating!

work done in living room and a hallway. sanded, stained and put a
couple coats of poly on. can't remember if they put more than one coat
of stain on. the floors were done in two days. looks great. very
prompt, polite service. very reasonable price. i will have them back to
do other rooms in my house next year. highly recommend these guys!

I called Mr. Carson and asked if he would come by and give me an estimate to have my dining room floor refinished since I had removed the old carpeting I had down. I left a message on his answering machine. He returned my call later in the afternoon and came out the next day. He measured the floor and told me what he would do, how many coats of finish, showed me stain charts, etc. We settled on a price and when he would start. He told me it would take 3 days and it did. He hung plastic between rooms to minimize the dust and cleaned up after the job was done. The floor looked amazing. The following year I called him again and asked him to do my living room and sunroom. Again, a wonderful job. I also plan on having him do my bedroom floors hopefully next year.
It was good value for the money!
