The air conditioning went out during the day when he temperatures were at about 100 degrees and I didn't discover it until I arrived home at about 7:00 at night.  I called and left a message with Craig-Air and he returned the call within an hour, which I thought was pretty good for after hours.  Given the temperatures, he wanted to come by at 9:00 the next day, but my schedule wasn't open at that time.  He worked with me to set up an appointment for between 3 and 3:30 in the afternoon and arrived at about 3:30, including calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.  After I described what was and wasn't working, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the air running within an hour, including some basic cleaning of the outside unit and checking out the entire system.  He was polite the entire time.
