We love them. The guy’s name is Matt. He’s come out pretty regularly and he is coming out again tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. He charges by the room. What I would like to say is that he is honest, reliable and thorough. He does a good job. At one point he said, “you’ve got to stop calling me so much, you’re cleaning your carpet too much and you’re going to wear out the piles. I said, “wow, that’s pretty impressive Matt!” He did pretty much the whole house and I think he charged us $187 or something like that, but it’s a 3,000 square foot house. This is not my first time with him. He’s cleaned for us several times.

They gave me a discount because I am retired military. They were very friendly and definitely wanted to please the customer. With the economy you want to do everything you can to keep customers. They were very good. They even had suggestions on something else that we were discussing.
