BANFIELD THE PET HOSPITAL

I took my pets there I think a month ago for their checkup. It was free service because I have them on a medical plan. They have an annual checkup and updated shots. They are always so friendly. They lessen to what we have to say. They interact with my animals very well.

We are fostering an older cat who came to us extremely underweight. Once we saw the situation, I contacted Banfield and they were happy to give us an appointment that same day. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the pet nurse, to the vet were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They recommended testing in their full-service lab and we were able to get an accurate diagnosis later that day. They answered all of my questions and helped us develop a plan of care. I called back when she stopped eating for a few days, and they were able to give me some good suggestions that helped a lot.
Foster cat is doing very well now, is almost a normal weight and is very happy. I feel very comfortable with this vet office.

my puppy was sick early that morning and when I called the hospital, they scheduled her an appointment for three hours later. After talking with them, I realized that I needed to get her in sooner and called back. I told them that I really didn't want to wait that long and I was told to bring her in and leave her so that they could check her out. I did and when I got her later, she was up and running.

I'm pleased with their service. They got us in fast, took care of everything, and did a great job. They were really good with her.
