I am getting ready to have the estate sale. I have already met with them, and they have come to my parents home to look. I have signed a contract with them. They are charging me 30% of whatever the profit is. They came highly recommended to me from two different people; one is a close friend and neighbor and the other person is who used them and was extremely pleased with the outcome. They are very personalized and their prices are good; I have heard people charging a lot more than that. The owner of the company is very forthright and does all the communication herself. We set an appointment and she drove all the way over 40 miles just to look at the house. We have had several interactions over the phone as well. They are the only estate people that I have worked with.
