I left a review in October 2017 and this is a continuation. In my previous review I left, I mentioned this huge crack by the stairs that happened less than a week the concrete was laid. On top of that, we had 3 slabs on the pool deck that were sinking. My husband tried contacting them for 3 months to fix. Finally, we had to put in a review with the BBB to get a response. They came out to fix the crack by cutting it out and replacing it with pavers. As they were cutting the concrete, they took chunks of concrete out on the sides. JC stated he would be back to fix and never came back. The 3 sinking slabs were replaced by another company. When JC was at the house fixing the crack, he did not appreciate us contacting the BBB because it was brother that did the concrete work. I said "yes but you sub-contracted out, we signed the contract with you". Remind you, we signed the contract with JC and he was not out very often to over look the project. We are now having to get a new liner because when they pulled back the liner to replace the coping, they didn't vacuum the pool floor and left rocks and concrete bits on the floor. They didn't straighten the liner back out. This was left for my husband and I to do. Now the rocks have punctured holes in the liner and we are forced to get a new liner. Please note, our liner was only 2 years old. I will be reporting this to BBB as well. This company will blow smoke up your butt and they do not care about you. This was not a big project for them so they didn't care. I have had to pay an additional $6000 to get everything fixed because they didn't do a good job. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

JC came out in November 2016 and gave us a quote. He didn't measure, look at the coping, nor write anything down. When we put down our down payment and signed a contract, we didn't think about all the loopholes since the contract was vague. They are not very responsive when seeing where we are on the schedule. When the company came out in June 2017 to complete the project, they kept finding problems. One problem was the coping on my pool was attached so he added $1400 because now its more work. Remind you JC didn't look at the coping at all when coming our for the bid. When it was time to pour the concrete, his brother called my husband and said its going to be an additional $2500 for the concrete because they're using more than what was quoted. Again, JC didn't measure. After the project was finished, we had HUGE ruts on the side of the house including my neighbors yard. They stated they were going to fix that, nope. Now we have to get our yard regraded to get rid of them. We got a crack in less than a week it was laid. JC's brother said he would come out and fix it, never did. He stopped responding to our texts and phone calls. Now its 2-3 months later and we have two HUGE cracks and slabs are sinking by the skimmer. My husband called and messaged JC and he said we was going to come out, never did. Now he won't respond to our messages and calls. VERY IRATE!! We now have to pay someone else to come and fix our yard and fix the slabs. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Good. JC had to deal with ground water backing up but they kept at it as it turned a 1 day job into 3 days. Liner looks great.

I drained the water and they were out to remove the wrinkles and snap the liner back into place. Everything is back to normal.

While they were waiting they even did a bit of the opening work that I normally do. They screwed down all the winter over anchors for me. That was a nice touch.

To begin, we signed a contract with JC in July 2012 for work to begin the last week of July. We were promised a timely installation with weather providing. Work did not start until the middle of August and wasn't officially completed until April 2013. They never showed up when promised, most of the time they would only be on site once or twice a week. We would have to call JC constantly to push them to complete the project. We were lied to on a consistent basis, he had an excuse for everything. When it came to the point when we needed concrete, it took 3 weeks waiting for his brother Terry who was the concrete installer to arrive. Terry was belligerent and a bully. He and the electrical contractor got into a very loud verbal argument. When I asked both men to leave our property, Terry and his son became very aggressive towards us with his son lunging for my husband. RUN, don't walk as fast as you can from this company. I have pictures that document the progress and I am willing to let prospective customers visit our pool to see how inferior the installation was. We have cracks all along our coping. Large rocks protrude the bottom of the pool. They left concrete patches in the yard and put back fill on top so now grass will not grow in those areas.

In late November they opened the hole where they installed the pool sides and floor. They also install all the plumbing and backfilled the pool area with gravel. They also installed the retaining wall. Winter came with cold and wet weather. Nothing else occurred until May when they poured the cement deck and reshaped the yard. There was a little problem with getting them back to finish the pool but they did complete it in time for the swimming season (B for responsiveness and punctuality). There was also an issue with some of the equipment that was piled into my yard in November. When they came back to install the water pump in May it was gone. I felt like I was being accused of being responsible for its safety (B for professionalism). They stacked all the material and boxes together in a pile in the unfenced yard with a small tarp covering it. When they came back 6 months later they discovered that the pump had walked away. They replaced the pump and completed the job. The quality of the material and workmanship and the fact that I am just now replacing the liner and refurbishing the stairs after 14 seasons is a testament to the overall job. I give them an A for quality and an A for the overall experience.

We have had our pool for about 12 years. They have always done our pool work and they are really good. They come out if we have any maintenance work that needs to be done. They will be here again in the next month or two to open the pool. They are very reliable. We have a relationship with them. We get all of our pool stuff from them.

The servicemen arrived on schedule and found minor problems that had occurred over the winter. They drained the pool for repairs and made appointment to return. Weather impeded the return, but when they were able to come back they made the repairs, supervised the refill, treated the water, and made sure the pool equipment was started correctly.
