Tom provided prompt quote that was lowest of 4 roofing quotes. Tom was happy to discuss quote to ensure job performance was equivalent to other quotes, and to ensure roofing issues were addressed. Showed up on schedule to do the work, and completed it in one day. Work appears highly satisfactory, and no issues after several severe rain storms. (Although only the test of time will demonstrate the true quality of the work.) Clean up was also satisfactory. I recommend this provider for roofing work.

Everything went fine. They had a large crew (7 guys) who showed up on time and they completed the work in 2.5 days. Tom, the owner was great to work with. I would've like a little detail in his initial bid, but he was responsive to all my questions. Did a good job at clean up. They put tarps out to minimize the spill over of debris. No complaints at this point, and I would refer them to others needing roof work.

Tom's Roofing was actually not the first roofing company I contacted to come look at my roof but he was the only one to return a phone call and show up. I am extremely happy he was the one. I was given a time frame in which he would be here and he showed up within the time given. Tom and his son, Philip, got on the roof and within a few minutes were able to determine the issue. When the roof was replaced approx. 2yrs ago (before I purchased the house) the roofing company incorrectly laid a section of the shingles causing a leak which in turn caused the ceiling in my living room to split and sag. I told Tom that there was a bundle of shingles left in the garage so he and his son decided to fix the roof right then and replace those shingles. Within 30-40 minutes they were done. They also asked my boyfriend to come up on the roof and suggested some minor fixes he could do to improve the air flow in the ridge vent. Tom suggested that we wait a few weeks to make sure that there would be no more leaks and then call to have the drywall looked at in the living room. He even gave us the name of someone to call. I recommend Tom's Roofing if you need any roof work done.

Everyone on Tom?s crew was courteous and professional when installing the roof on our home. The estimate that Tom?s Roofing provided to me was highly competitive with other roofers. I couldn?t be more satisfied with the quality of the roofing job. I will definitely rehire them in the future for more work.

A trailer with all the equipment needed was delivered at around 7am so that when the crew arrived they just got to work. Everyone knew exactly what their job was and went about their work without any seeming supervision. They finished the work early in the afternoon, cleaned up and were gome by around 3:30. Everyone acted very professionially.

Am very pleased with their service. We were on a LONG waiting list because of the severe hail storm in O'Fallon IL in early 2012. We were told up front it would be approximately 3 months till they got to our house. Early on we were sent to a local lumber yard to select color and style of shingles, brought home samples of 3 different styles and colors in order to choose exactly what we wanted. The day work was to begin the shingles (and other supplies) were delivered and placed on the roof, dumpster delivered to driveway and 12+ workers showed up to complete the entire roof in one day. (Our roof consists of several dormers and multi roof angles and levels). Yes, we have found a few nails in the yard, but since tarps were spread on the ground around the entire roof line, their clean-up was quite thorough using magnets and men doing numerous manual walk-arounds, all outdoor furniture and pots were returned to their place - we are very satisfied with their clean-up.
