Spengler Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

Excellent!  Spengler staff are always on time, professional, and highly knowledgable.  I had a lot of problems with the existing HVAC system in my home, and I've hired Spengler to replace the entire system over the past few years, including the water heater and install a new water softener.  When they replaced the AC coil, they had to cut out and replace a section of rotten subfloor, and install a new sheet vinyl floor before they could start on the HVAC installation.  They also rerouted my cold air return vent (which previously sounded like a freight train). 

Spengler is costly, but in this case you get what you pay for!  If I purchase another home in this area, I will hire Spengler to conduct a plumbing and HVAC inspection in addition to the home inspector... just in case! 

I have used them before.  They are very reliable and they seem to do a good job.  They are expensive.

Very well.  He arrived when he said he would and it was all done quickly and efficiantly.  Spengler has been the only plumber my mom has ever used and because they always did such a good job for her, I also use them.  Union rates are not cheap, but the old caveat of you get what you pay for applies.  I got quality work and a 1 year warranty on that work from someone who knew exactly what he was doing.  They back their work and their reputaion is well earned.

The job took less than an hour to complete. The actual work was satisfactory. Our mistake was not getting an estimate before having the work done. A $310 charge for less than an hour of work is ridiculous. No replacement parts were required, just labor.

This was actually the second plumber to address the leak. The seller originally hired another plumber who added soldier to an elbow in the basement as he thought the leak was coming from that point. It turned out that the leak was happening under the kitchen sink and the water was running down the vertical length of pipe and dripping from the elbow in the basement. Spengler's plumber was quick to identify the actual source.

Estimate was 2 days and they finished in a day an a half. Cost estimate was final cost. They cleaned up completely.

They came out when they promised, they did the work that they promised, and the work that they did was good. I would definitely put them on my list of people to get quotes from.

They were professional and knowledgeable. They seemed expensive and I didn’t compare their prices with anybody else. Their responsiveness was fine. I might use their services again.

It all went well. Plumber had to follow up on the kitchen sink because it was still leaking. The follow up resulted in replacing the sink drain basket. He was prompt and did not charge extra for the follow up visit.

I have used them several times for plumbing issues and I really like the fact that I have never been unsatisfied. They come when they say they will and get the job done right. They are professional, friendly and respectful. They never leave a mess behind.

Spengler Plumbing Company is very good at what they do. Everything went great and they cleaned the area when they were finished, so you could not even tell they had been there working. They removed the old system and the new one has been very good.
