This was more of a sales pitch than estimate for replacement windows. William spent more time trying to sell windows with fancy tests and "slight of hand" moves than taking measurements of the actual windows. I was also given incorrect information (something two other companies and the Internet disproved) as to regulations for tempered windows and what kind of windows could be used in a given space. This incorrect information resulted in far more expensive merchandise! Their estimate came in well over $1000 higher for replacement of fewer windows compared to other bids. This experience is why it pays to get multiple estimates and do your research.
