Very well. Like all shops, they will recommend various products and services but there was no heavy handed tactics to coerce me into doing them.

There was no charge because I have the warranty that was included in my purchase.

Rob Courtial is great! He has always gone above and beyond the expected to make sure that I get the service that I want. He makes sure that I understand exactly what the services will cost and why I need the recommended services. I will definitely go back to Auffenberg Nissan to deal with Rob.

Checked several dealerships for particular make/model/color car I and decided on Auffenberg Mazda because they had a couple in stock that matched my preferences. Salesman was nice enough. I laid out what price and term I wanted and after the usual back and forth he told me 'they had it'. When I tried to ask him about the rate and terms he said the financial guy would review that stuff with me as he shuffled in and out of his office. It wasn't until my license plates were already swapped off my trade-in to the new car, and my insurance company had been alerted of my 'new car purchase' to confirm my insurance coverage (unclear to me why my current insurance card with policy number and dates did not suffice for this?) that I was with the financial manager. And after a half hour of signing the various papers, and asking him about the terms and being told the amount of purchase and the rate, not until the very last document to sign was the length of the purchase agreement made clear. It was well over the terms stated to the salesman in our back-and-forth. I acknowledge that it was up to me to back out of the whole thing at that point, but with the pressure of my plates already being changed, my car already cleaned out, my insurance already called, etc., I caved to the pressure and signed and left in my new car in tears.
Unhappy with my terms and upset at myself for not making everyone undo all the things they had done, I went home and parked my new car in the garage. Upon getting out of the car I could clearly see about a dozen hail dings on the roof and hood. Livid. I spoke to the salesman and sales manager. They offered to fix the dings but at this point I want nothing to do with them. The sales manager said he would speak to the salesman and get the details and see what they could do, assuring me at the end of the call, "and I will call you back." Which of course never happened.
I am sorely disappointed with both the terms and level of service. In speaking with friends I know of another person who was sold a car with hail damage as well, so i believe this is not an isolated incident. I carefully looked over the car but the white paint in the bright sun, completely could not see the hail dings until it was home in the garage in the right lighting. Worst car-buying experience of my life.
