They showed up on time and completed the tiling same day. They did not leave me with a mess to clean up when they were through. I was concerned about the removal of the toilets, but they were pros. There were no water leaks. The toilets were working beautifully when placed back, and the seals were perfect.

Very professional and polite. Good response time and completion time for my project. I feel the installers rushed a little bit and could have taken more care when removing my old carpet/wall trim. But overall I was satisfied with the work that was done.

They arrived a day late and when they did they did not get here till 10:30 without nails. The supervisor had to go to the local hardware to get nails. Because of this they were rushing so they could get back home. Kinked the copper line to my refrigerator, left glue on the floor, and left black rubber mallet marks on our island.
