The bottom section of NW downspout was clogged. But, rather then just removing the band and pulling out that section to shake out the debris, the serviceman said it would cost $200 to rod the section to the sewer line. I removed the section and shook out the debris after they left. In addition, they are misrepresenting themselves because the 20 year Fire Department Veteran owner is no longer with the company. Unethical.

Scheduled an appointment for next day service. They arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned gutters for our two story house . They were polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. I've used them several times and have always been very pleased.

They cleaned the gutters with a leaf blower and by hand. The wet, soggy leaves were placed in a bucket and taken to the street for the city to pick-up. There were not any globs or mounds of leaves left on the ground. A ver good job,... just like they do every year.

I was told by the workers that there was no gutter flashing on my house and because of this my fascia board and soffit had been rotted in the front of my house. They told me that if I did not have this installed I would continue to get water leaking behind my gutters. I told them to go ahead and install gutter flashing to prevent further damage. They informed me that they did not do this type of work and that it was most commonly done by roofers. They went ahead and installed my gutters and although they looked nice, there was water leaking behind the them every time it rained.
At the end of October, I met with many roofing contractors to get estimates on a new roof for my house. I told them about my and quot;gutter problemand quot; and how the company I had out to do my gutters claimed to not do gutter flashing. Every person I asked laughed and told me that any competent gutter company would have installed gutter flashing and this was nothing out of the ordinary.
I had multiple conversations with the owner and his sons trying to get someone out to fix my new gutters from leaking. Eventually they had someone come out to try to fix the issue and unfortunately they were not successful. I was also displeased that the owner got my contact information wrong on multiple occasions i.e. my email address, my home address. All in all it was not a good experience. I only used them because my mom was pleased when they came out to clean her gutters. Perhaps gutter and window cleaning is what the excel at.
