Top Line Construction

I should mention I worked with an architect, who did a terrific job reconceiving the space and providing problem-solving assistance to Top Line. But execution was everything, and I was very impressed with Top Line's fantastic trades people. I'm particular, and their work was very, very thorough and well-executed. They showed up every day, on time, took minimal lunch breaks and worked solidly until they were done (this was 5 weeks for the first phase until the cabinets arrived). The work they did was both difficult and done well. Andy is gifted with walls and plaster, and after chipping off 2 full walls of tile set in plaster, he managed to restore all the walls and ceiling to a perfect finish (and we have lots of light bouncing around to catch flaws)--no drywall! Pawl did all the plumbing and electrical, including a difficult install of 3" can lights that required special housing to be installed in the attic to keep the cans away from the insulation. He also did an amazing job building up the kitchen floor to the perfect height to meet the dining room and hallway floors. His carpentry on the transitions is really impressive, and he did an excellent job laying the new 12x24 tile so that everything meets just perfectly. No sharp edges or stubbed toes when walking barefoot. Every seam was caulked and painted carefully. The work is just excellent--people's jaws drop open when they see the transformation and the quality. This was my first experience with a major remodeling project, and I'm so delighted I can't wait to get them back to do my bathrooms and rec room!

In all of our years of being in business, it's rare that you can find a company that you'll go back to. With Top Line, we have and will continue to use them. They continue to have the same staff all these years, that are top quality. Because of this their work is continually consistent and top quality. Everyone that works for them never leaves a job site without cleaning up a mess; they are clean, nice, are a pleasure to work with as well as being honest. We will definitely continue to use them.
