Had never used this provider before, but this was an $800 Ethan Allen duvet cover, so I didn't want to take any chances.
Turned-out, they were in the process of moving their location from Dundee Blvd to Skokie Rd (just around the corner) and this was a bit of an issue: I dropped the piece off on June 12 and was told it would be ready June 22. I went there June 23 (I should have called first as it's a 20 minute ride from my work) to pick it up and, alas, it's not there. I was told, due to the move, they had to send it to another location and things were a bit backed-up. They would call me to tell me when I could pick it up. Some 2 weeks later, I had to call them back and was given the same story. Okay, I get it. Erica apologized profusely and, without my asking, removed the charges (it was supposed to be around $60 with a 25% off coupon I had given them initially. Still hadn't heard back so I called again today and was told they may have it, but the tag had fallen off. Fearing the worst (i.e. they lost it and my wife is going to kill me for using them), I again drove there but, thankfully, it was there and it was no charge. I've had cleaners mess-up before, but never has this business type offered to do the service for free as a result of a screw-up. There was a legitimate reason for what happened, the cover was cleaned correctly, so they get an "A" from me overall. They were very nice about it and apologized, so I would use them again.
