WIGGLY TAILS

This is the best place for your dog, period! I have checked at least 10-12 places (from down town to the suburbs) since I started looking for Benya's Day Care before I found them. Every time I knocked on the door and asked if I can see the facility the answer was : "By appointment only". Why?! When I was inside, I always smelled Doggy's poop or strong Bleach smell when my eyes were almost out of my orbits because of that...The area inside and out were always "limited", small... When I came to Wiggly Tails first time I was surprised how nice it smelled, how clean it was. No bleach smell or bad smell at all. I asked the same question if I can see the facility and I was so surprised again that all of a sudden the staff member (not even the owner) opened the door and said "pease, come in and check". It was a very nice, so clean, huge place (inside and out), outside was incredibly impressive! I liked it very much...So, Benya was 4-5 months old, a little stubborn, but very nice and happy boy, Wiggly Tails journey began. We have been with Wiggly Tails since 2011: day care, grooming, boarding (serious boarding - 21-30 days sometimes). My mom was very sick and I had many trips outside the country for her Stem Cell therapy in Moscow. Benya was always in Wiggly Tails for Boarding. He loved to go to Wiggly Tails for Day Dog Care too, he was very happy and tired after. The owner and the staff were always very nice, professional, kind and attentive. Sometimes we had small problems, it's life. For example, Benya never been in a cage and when during a nap time he was placed in the cage, he had an anxiety and scratched his nose very badly. I addressed this issue with the staff and Judd, they accommodated him (he was spending his nap time outside the cage, sometimes, if not always, with the staff in their room, snoring loudly). The groomer was very good. Benya never liked the bath, but was always very happy and handsome (smell nicely) after Dana's "bath". I've never had any major problems in Wiggly Tails since Benya's first day. I was very confident leaving him for weeks with them, they always took a very good care of him. When my lovely Dog Benya recently passed away accidentally and I e-mailed to the staff, Judd called me and he was almost crying with me during his sincere condolences. Wiggly tails is a great place for day care and boarding. I am very grateful to Judd and his team for all these happy years with them. Svetlana, Benya's mom...

From the first contact I was very comfortable with the facility and staff. The kennel was very clean and did not smell like a kennel. My dogs went in for an "interview" and play date to be sure they would get along befoe commiting. The Web-Cams in the play areas wre a special treat.

Wiggly Tails is a perfect place to board your (social and friendly) dog while you are out of town. If your dog is social, she/he will love the play time with 20+ dogs! The play areas are equipped with web-cams; it was wonderful to watch her play with other dogs while we were out of the country visiting family.

They seem to truly love working with dogs. My dog is so happy when I pick her up at the end of the day.  I'm hopeful that she is happy because she's had a good time, not because she's dying to leave.  Dogs don't talk, so I'll never know.  All evidence leads to the former rather than the latter, though, so will be going back.

Outstanding.  They love my dog and it shows in how well he is groomed and that he doesn't complain when we arrive!  And he can complain when he goes somewhere that he doesn't want to be.

Dog got lots of exercise instead of staying home all day and the care was excellent.

As always they are great!

I have boarded my dog there for 4 years. They have upgraded rooms available and the dogs are in daycare during the day. The have report cards and web cameras. They love the dogs and I pay for extra cuddle time.

They were very kind toward our dog, who was somewhat nervous at being left. They genuinely care about the pets left in their charge.

I have two Labradoodles - one older and a puppy who is a shy if the older dog (his big sister) is not with her.
I left a message about boarding and was very impressed with the person who called me back within 24 hours.   He was very thorough explaining  things.  All the forms that I needed to complete were easily accessed from their website.
 
Prior to boarding, I had to bring the dogs in, at no cost,  for several hours of day care to insure they would be comfortable.  At that time, I received a full tour of the facility. 
The dogs seemed to do very well boarding over the Thanksgiving holiday.  I spent more time than I care to admit watching them on the web cam.  The received a bath prior to me picking them up and looked and smelled great. 
We will be boarding them again at Christmas.  They have already called to verify, dates, pick up times and that both dogs would be boarded.

The facility and the people who run it were very nice. I especially like how they treated the dogs, not keeping them in cages and letting them run around during the day.

They're fantastic and I've been happy with their services. The staffs were very friendly.

My dog goes to Wiggly Tails at least once a week. He loves it! The staff is friendly, there is a lot of space for the dogs to run around, and my dog always comes home tired. He leaps into the car on Wiggly days, and can't wait to get there. I will definitely continue to use Wiggly Tails.

My dog has spent 3 half-days at Wiggly Tails, romping with other dogs, and has enjoyed them. The place is clean and the webcam is a nice amenity, although you really can't see much. My interactions with the staff have been positive and I plan to continue to use this provider. I understand why they have set up their hours of operation as they have, but it would be much more convenient for me if I could drop my dog off for his afternoon at noon rather than 2:00 pm. That's my only disappointment.

The dog loves them. We have been using them for two and a half years and we are very happy with them.

I spoke to the owner Judd and worked with the manager Haley after that. Both were very friendly and nice. My dog went there for a day first to try it out. Haley gave me a tour and I found it to be very clean. There is alot of space for the dogs to play and run around. We dropped our dog off a couple days later and I had no reservations or concerns for her care. when we picked Aubrey up she was clean and well cared for.

Our dog has been to the Doggie Daycare at Wiggly Tails and loves it, so we thought she would do well with the overnight stay as well. She loved it and I have recommended this daycare/kennel to my neighbor who just got a new puppy. Wiggly Tails is great!!!

W.T. Owners love and care about ALL the dogs. Notwithstanding that our dog hates nail clipping (which he gets once every 6 wks or so)--sometimes we send him to W.T. for a half-day of day-care just so he can "play with doggies" and get a nail trim. When we're halfway to Wiggly Tails in the car, dog gets very happy--on arriving, can't wait to get out, sniff around, go in, go thru lobby gate and get out there to "PLAY WITH DOGGIES!" Always happy to come home, but in a way that says he had a great time "PLAYING WITH DOGGIES"!

Every time we take my dog here, 3 times now she is very excited and can't wait to go play with the other dogs. They have her feeding preferences on file and they are the only facility that I've found that will leave her food bowl full for her all day (she is a snacker and doesn't eat awhole lot at once). They know her by name and she always comes back happy and healthy. She previously had a negative boarding experience somewhere else and used to be petrified when we boarded her, but she loves wiggly tails and they seem to love her. This last time when I picked her up they were not quite done with her grooming but I just had to wait maybe 5 minutes for them to finish brushing her out.

Although the owners are very kind and well informed, the staff's level of care is atrocious. On one occaision, I picked my dogs up and went immediately to the emergency vet for surgery for bloat (the employee was clueless as to what was going on), and on the next occaision, the food and medicine I sent with my dogs with instructions was not administered, and one of my dogs had diarrhea and bleeding from her rectum. The employees are dangerous and should not be trusted with your precious dogs for any length of time.
