I have been using this company for five years. They use preventative measures by really inspecting and finding things before there is a problem. They are great at communicating my options, and making suggestions for additional services.

THEY INSTALLED THE FURNACE INCORRECTLY. THERE IS A 6 DEGREE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FLOORS & 4 DEGREES BETWEEN ROOMS ON THE MAIN FLOOR (THERE SHOULD NEVER BE MORE THAN 2 DEGREES DIFFERENCE IN ENTIRE HOUSE ON ANY FURNACE). OWNER BLEW ME OFF FOR 3-4 WEEKS AS I CALLED & CALLED. THE ONLY TIME I GOT TO TALK TO HIM WAS IF HE PICKED UP THE DIRECT LINE. WHEN THEY WOULD FINALLY AGREE COME OUT (I WOULD CONFIRM EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE TO DO) I WOULD TAKE OFF WORK TO MONITOR. IN & OUT IN 15 MINUTES-''NOTHING WRONG''. OWNER SET UP 4 APPOINTMENTS WITH ME (I TOOK OFF WORK EACH TIME) EACH TIME HE BLEW ME OFF-HE WAS BUSY. 3 NEW ESTIMATES SHOW AT LEAST $7K TO FIX-I'M SURE THEY FIGURED IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO FIX & EVENTUALLY I WOULD GO AWAY.

THEY WERE AMAZING! THEY WERE HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR, BUT DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR A FULL HOUR. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!
