It was so expensive and I realized she just liked to make busy-work and never really accomplished much of anything.  She didn't seem to listen to my goal and she kept going with her own agenda.  In 3 separate sessions with her, she never accomplished anything that I actually wanted.  She actually made me cry because of how upset I was.

Luci was professional and focused on the task at hand. We worked together for 5 hours and she was patient and reassuring during the beginning process of the first project, the basement. She did offer suggestions on how to maintain the space until we complete the project. I have found them to be helpful. I look forward to working with her again.

Luci did an amazing job in helping us set up our organization systems. She worked with us over the course of a year. Since she charges by the hour, this allowed us to budget our time with her. She worked with us, encouraging us to help design the systems so that they would be based on and meet our needs, rather than just dictating a one-size-fits-all solution. She's a bit of a taskmaster, but in a friendly and encouraging sort of way, not allowing us to give up when we felt overwhelmed, but helping us to break down the tasks into manageable steps. Also, I was able to improve my own organizing skills based on her coaching, so that when I moved to a new position at work and needed a new system, I was able to devise one on my own, based on how she had coached me before.
