Fabulous! They are so professional and respectful of the needs of our organization. We asked them to accommodate the cleaning in two separate days since one space is used for meetings every weekend and we just couldn't get a day when they could do it in one shot.
They arrived right on time, had me walk them through the building so they knew what I wanted done. They did not stop for a break the entire time they were here (5 hours).
They will be back tomorrow to finish the job since I requested a Saturday for the General Offices.
We used them two years ago and they are just as great as they were then.
Larry even came by to check to be sure we were happy. Great Customer service!

UPDATE: Larry Rosenthal called me to inquire about the rating that I gave the company. I was very nice and concerned that one of his long time customers would be this upset with the service. We had a nice conversation and I told him that I would consider using them again sometime in the future. He gained a great deal of credence by calling me and giving me his personal cell phone. I was told that he would be reviewing his answering service protocol and also some internal procedures. I was impressed that he asked me for some suggestions about how things could be changed for the better. I gave him those recommendations and he was very grateful. I have since change my rating from a "D" to a "C" based on his outreach to me.
