He fixed my oven, was able to come out in a timely fashion, was very friendly. Hope I don't have any appliances break again but if I do I will call him.

Always punctual or will call if being held over on another job. Usually can be there the same day I call.

Technician was called out to investigate why gas oven wasn't heating, although broiler did work.He quickly determined that it was the igniter part, thankfully not expensive, replaced it, and was all finished within 30 minutes.The charge included the part and the service call.

Uri came out to look at a 6-year-old Maytag side by side refrigerator / freezer that wasn't cooling properly. He told me, and I was prepared to pay, the service charge since it is only fair to pay for the time spent, and there was still some hope that the fridge could be fixed. Alas! It was not meant to be. After an examination of the unit, he explained that the Maytag design has a coil that extends into the condensation tray and often develops small, irreparable freon leaks. There would be a small chance to try a repair, but he strongly advised against it, recommending instead to buy a new unit, and gave clear advice and suggestions about which brands are more reliable, in his experience. I felt that he spoke from experience and concern for the good of the customer, as well as professionalism in not undertaking a repair that would not bring satisfaction and which he could not guarantee.

HE'S ALWAYS PROMPT, HONEST AND HAS EVEN SHOWN US WAYS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR HEATING AND A/C TO ENSURE CONTINUED GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS.
