Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Herb came in and measured the entire house, caculated current ducts and returns to deturmine required airflow. Based on the requiremnts he recommended the best variable speed mutli stage unit for our town house. Theq ac units were stored on roof so he recommend the lagest unit that could fit up the stairs, saving us $1000,s in hiring a crane. The first day the old equipment was removed and the ducts prepped for the new units. The second day the equipment was placed and hooked up. We reused the existing freon lines so the did a special process to clean the old lines.
They ugraded the themostates and connected the humidifiers on day 2, from there I was good to go.
They coverd and clean things up so we had nothing to do but write the check.

They came in and cleaned it out. They were one hour late. They did not call to tell me they were coming late. They didn't offer any help and they ignored me. They were talking on their own personal phones really loud. They were not clean. They asked for my bathroom, which I did not like at all.
