A CPA consultant we use at my company recommended Stuart for a mortgage refinance and the service I received was outstanding. My credit rating is not the greatest and other mortgage companies had quoted me 6% with $3,700 to $5,000 in closing costs and Stuart got me a loan 1/8% higher but with no closing costs. I paid $3,800 in closing costs on my original mortgage and only the title company costs on this refinance with cash out. All forms were FedExed overnight to me so I never had to travel to the mortgage office or the title company. I consider myself a middle class family man from Chicago but I felt like I was treated like a wealthy resident of the north shore.
