It took a painfully long amount of time to get the materials assembled (even though they had a week to prepare the materials, I'm not sure everything was ready when I got there). Once I had everything ready, the assembly should have taken no time at all, but the employee helping me was otherwise distracted and unable to give me directions when needed. I think by the end of the assembly process the employee took pity on me and my young son, as he did the final few steps himself, just to help us get out the door.
Description of Work: Frame a poster - they prepare the materials and the client does the work.

Very well. The framing consultant took her time to help us pick out the right frames for each portrait. Any of the employees can do the framing but we asked that she do the framing since she was the one who did the consulting and knew what we wanted. Laura Gross did a fine job and we would use her again for framing.
Description of Work: Frame 3 large portrait pieces.
