Kelly has tremendous knowledge of the Deerfield/Highland Park area and market. She is easy to work with and very responsive. On the selling side, she took the time to prepare a careful market analysis and take me to visit properties that would be competing with ours so that we were able to price our home appropriately for the market. She was never pushy and had lots of advice for preparing our home to show well. As a result, we were able to get a good price for our home despite less than stellar market conditions. On the buying side, she really took the time to understand our needs and showed us many properties before finding the right one. There was never any pressure to settle for anything, which I have felt from agents I have used in the past. Kelly is genuinely interested in finding the perfect house for her clients, not just making a quick buck. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic agent (buying or selling)!
