Overall, I am thrilled with how the room turned out and with the service I received from Lior and his team. They were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful as this was my first major renovation project. Lior walked me through the design and purchasing process, worked with me to keep costs within my budget, kept me up to speed on progress, and overall delivered on all my requests! I would definitely recommend Sweet Home Improvements to anyone needing assistance with renovations great or small.

The job began with a walkthrough and complete estimate. Lior provided a portfolio of tips, helpful suggestions, and we liked the work shown on his website. He was also recommended by neighbors who had several successful projects completed by Sweet Home Improvements. His pricing was realistic and we liked his recommendations for fixtures we couldn't decide on. He also came along to help select granite tops. He was on-site everyday and his people were very professional and clean. He kept us updated throughout the whole process letting us know what was next, any unexpected issues that had arisen during the day, and how they were fixing it. Altogether, the whole process took about 2 months, with actual demo and construction about 3 weeks. After the nice job on the bathroom we added on painting the hallways which he was kindly able to accommodate with only a few days.
The only sour note occurring during the job involved an arrogant city inspector that wished to interpret the code for smoke detectors beyond how I, the contractor, or other city officials enforced it. We ended up wiring the whole house for smoke and CO2 so we're safer for it all but I wish that we had more choice in the matter. Lior dealt with the inspector well despite the rude behavior of the inspector.

From start to finish and inbetween the work and the workers were outstanding. The work area was cleaned up after each day as we were living in the home at the time, something my son could not believe they did. I kept adding to the work as we progressed from room to room and everything was done thoughtfully and without being rushed. Lior Bega and his crew were extremely good to work with, I would highly recommend Sweet Home Improvements as an excellent contractor who does excellent work and coordinates well with all suppliers. Just as an example, his coordination with the granite countertop fabricator was beyond the call of duty, and made the process so much better for me and for him. He also intervened with the cabinet supplier when I was unhappy with their time frame and made it happen sooner. All of these interventions added up to a warm relationship that will be long lasting.

They were professional, had polite workers, were organized, didn't leave messes and clean up after themselves. They were on time and we didn't have any problems with them at all. We checked around and they were competitively priced. I don't they were the cheapest, but that is not always the way to go. We think they were fair. For the quality work we received, we didn't feel like we overpaid. You get what you pay for. We will probably use him again when we redo some bathrooms.

Everything went better than expected. Sweet Home Improvements was professional, and the quality of their work is excellent. I have had several people request the company's information after seeing the bathroom specifically. Leor did a fabulous job of walking me through the process despite my phobia of home renovation.

Excellent communication - I was called back promptly. Was able to communicate via phone and e-mail.
Very professional - The job started when he said the job would be started and the job was finished in the time expected.
Quality work - We were very happy with the quality of the work. He was able to patch our water damaged walls rather than pulling out dry wall and replacing it all. He was able to perfectly match the paint color to the existing wall color. All the jobs were done very well and time was taken to make sure they were done right.

What I like about Lior Bega of Sweet Home Improvements is that he takes the time to look at a project and comes up with the most appropriate fix (our house requires that thoughtfulness).

We have used him on another smaller project as well and would definitely consider using him for a bigger project.

They're incredibly reliable, patient and go out of your way to stay in your budget and it still looks good. Very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient and timely as well. They also communicate well with you if there are obstacles in the way.
