Saul Perez was a no-show to an appointment I had with him to receive a quote for work at my elderly parents' home. Not only did he not show to the appointment, he did not pick up my phone call to his mobile phone nor did he return the call after I left him a message. Potential customers should beware.

Very smooth overall; Servpro team was promptly available to assess the needed work, and deliver a team to complete the work same day. They worked well to complete the work, and cooperate with plumber who was also on site to repair the broken valve.
Description of Work: Removal of soaked drywall, carpet padding following broken hose valve; dry out / dehumidify carpet and area; spray anti-microbial for mold prevention. Removal of all debris.

They were able to come out immediately when no other company would. They were very attentive, responsive, and didn’t leave until the job was completely done. Their follow-up was great, too. They made the entire experience a lot easier and did a great job overall.
