They cleaned an area rug and a chair. They did a good job an dshowed up on time. They were fine

I was very concerned about the white items, since they had a water stain and some black dirt marks on them and are dry clean only. Sealmaster cleaned the white couches by hand and were able to get off all of the black marks and remove the water stain. They also steamed clean the beige couch and loveseat to my satisfaction. They showed up on time, were professional, and charged the amount they had estimated over the phone.

The price was high, but the service was prompt and professional. We did have a few stains develop during the year and Sealmaster came out quickly to remove the spots effectively. There was no hassle and the service was good.

I have used SealMaster for many years. They do an excellent job. They send very competent service people who are clean and neat and know what they are doing. I have light colored carpeting and furniture in a very heavily used room. I believe it would require replacing had it not been for their excellent service program. It is not inexpensive to use this program but my fabrics are expensive and the maintenance is a lot more reasonable than having to buy new carpet and reupholster the furniture.
