+ 0 moreConcerning overall grade , there is a lack of initiative. They have to be told when to trim the hedges and fertilize. They don't really take the initiative to dig up a weed if there is a weed sprouting. I would like them to do things on their own, instead of me telling them everytime there needs something to be done.
Description of Work: They come weekly to mow lawn, plant, fertilize and trim.
