They have maintaining the property since 1999. I think their price is pretty reasonable for all that they do. We received wonderful service from them in the beginning but then once they had another gentleman take over their work, the work became inconsistent. I don't think he was trained very well and really knew all that he was supposed to do. After calling to inform them that the quality was not as good as it used to be, they did make the effort to correct things and now we are receiving better service. I have asked for a certificate of insurance from them also and they have not provided it to me.
Description of Work: They clean our condominium hallway, stairs and basement once a week. This includes vacuuming and removal of any trash. They also wash the front door windows, mow and trim the lawn, trimming bushes, shoveling snow and salting the walkways. The price reflects their monthly charge but we do have a yearly contract with them.
