After so many bad experiences with another HVAC company, it is terrific to work with professionals who 1) know their stuff inside and out, 2) are honest and direct, 3) thorough and do not cut corners, and 4) responsive.
First, they came out to fix a problem created by another HVAC company. Then they came out to repair a furnace, which they did a thorough job. Then they came out and serviced our other units for the winter. Note: get their "club" rates and it covers Fall and Spring service. 
We worked with Scott, and he was terrific. He pointed out some things that we might want to do now, and some that were nice-to-have but not urgent. 
I HIGHLY recommend Roberts. And this coming from a very hard-to-please customer with high expectations. 

Robert's technician was very professional,  arrived on time, got right to work working on the furnace, had all the tools with him to service the furnace, and appeared to do a very through job at a good price.  I will definitely use this company again.

We liked them. It went great. They're a local company. I felt like they were not gonna rip you off that they were trying to solve the problem with the cheapest repairs. They tried to be cost effective. They're efficient problem solvers. I would like to give them all A's.

Absolutely the best!  The service technicians were very responsive to my call when my central air system took its last breath after 24 years.  Since the furnace was the same age, I decided it would be best to have the entire system replaced instead of prolonging the inevitable.  I'm glad I did that since I will have no worries when winter arrives.
Roberts has a special truck for installations, so they were able to do modifications to duct work, etc on-site.  99% of the work was completed on Day 1.  They returned the next day to complete some fittings to re-attach my humidifier and test the system to be certain that all was working properly.  It was and still is!
This company has been servicing my HVAC systems for many, many years and I would not trust anyone else.  I have the system serviced twice per year - before I turn on the A/C and again before I turn on the heat - and I've often given them access when I was out of town...that's how much trust I have in this company.  Many of their technicians are top notch, but Mike is the one that handles my house.  He's a true professional and really is an expert.

I called based on a recommendation from my plumber and Angies List "A" rating.  They had calls all day, but said they would count me as an "open call" as soon as they found some time.  I heard from a serviceman within an hour, he came 15 minutes later and fixed the problem.  Excellent response and service!

We learned about Roberts from the general contractor doing our kitchen renovation.  On that project, Roberts did an excellent job rerouting 5 different HVAC lines that were cut when we took out a structural wall.  We were so pleased with this work that we requested a quote for the replacement of the evaporator coil on our central a/c system.  Keith from Roberts handled all quoting and supervised all work.  He was punctual, polite, and easy to work with.  Keith provided a few options for replacing the evaporator coil, including one that cost a little more up front, but would allow us to minimize the expected cost of replacing our 23 year old gas furnace.  Roberts' price was significantly less than a quote from the company that had been doing our HVAC maintenance for the last several years.  Despite a small heat wave in early June that caused many a/c service calls, Roberts was able to schedule and complete the work within about one week without emergency surcharges.  Keith and the installation team were quick and efficient, and our system now provides excellent cooling.  We are 100% satisfied.

Mike seemed like he really knew his stuff and gave me sound advice. I would use Robert's again if Mike was available. 

I have been using Roberts Heating and AC for over 15 years. All the service personnel are very friendly, reliable, and honest. I also like the fact that they are local. I try to give business to local companies.

On time, and completed work in about an hour. Very professional. The cost is an annual fee that covers the A/C checkup in the Spring and the furnace checkup in the Fall. Both service visits change the air filter.

I love Roberts.  They arrive on time, do the maintenance and they are professional and perfect.  Didn't put in a new filter, which he could have because I wouldn't know, but told me it was good for another year.  Yeah!  Price was very reasonable. They are my goto people for air and furnace.

The men who installed it were great, and they were working in 90+ ° weather, with a considerable time on a high ladder.. They cleaned up  afterward, and the overall impression was very impressive.

They always track and make sure the system is running.  If there is something wrong, they fix it.  I highly recommend them to all my clients.  I will grade them anything above A.  They are very responsive people.  I have been using them from years.

They were about 1 hour late due to an earlier service call taking much longer than expected. However, the technician did call immediately before the appointment time and convey the reason and an estimate of when he could arrive.  Once on-site, they did a very thorough job evaluating our system. They also noted several issues that needed to be fixed and included it in their work. These included: 1) correcting the humidifier drain line to drain directly into the sump. 2) evaluating and marking the correct position of the duct work dampers. 3) leveling the outside A/C compressor unit. 4) found the electrostatic filter was inoperative, and replaced with a new high-performance static filter. 5) evaluated the flue/chimney connection. Overall, we were quite pleased on the professionalism, ability to communicate what needed to be done and did the work in a timely manner. BTW the cost includes a follow-up visit in Fall to inspect the furnace and the humidifier filter.

It took much longer than I thought. The guy ended up replacing my furnace filter for some reason. I just didn't feel like the expertise was there.

I had 4 HVAC companies(1 twice) and 2 home inspectors each tell me different things and different solutions. Nothing worked and I spent quite a bit of $ for the opinions and work performed. Keith actually missed the appointment and when he realized call me and said how sorry he was and promised he was very good at his job and would work around my schedule. He came within the hour, diagnosed the problem within a 1/2 hour, and had Mike at our house and hour after hat for the repairs. MY UPSTAIRS IS WARM!!!! Two freezing winters with space heaters going full time and finally warmth. I am so pleased and appreciative of the service and the professionalism of these guys. Keith Miller of Roberts Heating was in charge. He provided extensive advice on how to achieve our soundproofing requirements. He also coordinates the entire project involving 7 contractors, 15 men & taking 13 days to complete. His knowledge, experience & ability made a difficult manageable.

They have been very responsive. Their prices are fair; they aren't the highest and they aren't the lowest. When we got estimates for our boiler we had a lot of mixed information from other companies. They were able to straighten everything out and explain things to us. They were the most logical choice to go with. They were referred to us from some friends of ours. We would use them again for future service.
