Big zero. Abusive, insulting, and questionable business practices. I am a senior citizen. I called several times immediately after receiving the fixture telling them that it was completely unacceptable to me, after they made material misrepresentations to make a sale and that I was returning the fixture. Keith ridiculed me and hung up on me. I called back several times, was repeatedly blocked from speaking to Keith boss, was repeatedly ridiculed and told me "well, it's only $64.40. be glad it was not $1,000" Despite keith representation, they never were willing to work with me to resolve the matter as I was repeatedly hung up upon and blocked from speaking to anyone above Keith. Each time I have attempted to call the company, I am first held up for ridicule, then hung up upon. I am a Senior Citizen. They even denied having received the fixture despite it being returned to them via FedEx and signed for by one of their own employees. Each time I attempt to resolved this matter, Keith adds a new layer of attach upon me which has no basis in fact. Now, Keith alleges that he someone was made privy by my credit card company information about other of my transactions. It requires a giant leap of faith for anyone to believe that a credit card company issued by a major bank would knowingly violate privacy confidentiality laws and risk being fined. in fact, the lighting company was the only transaction I ever had a problem with.
Description of Work: Overall service experience: bought a fixture over the phone after lengthy discussion with Keith Tucker taking great efforts to give him my specifications which included the need a lot of light and that have a galley kitchen. He told me that the fiture "will give you a light of light." in fact it was very little. Upon receipt of the fixture, I noticed bulbs were of a brand I never heard of and called him as to their availability, He said, "you can get these bulbs for this fiture abet any hardware store." In fact,the light output was inadequate and bulbs need to ordered from manufacturer which had a several month backlog on their orders as they are nowhere to be found in any hardware store in Chicago.
