They did a very poor job putting in the flooring.  The floor was already down almost for probably half a year.  They did not read the instruction that Lumber Liquidation gave that says the floor should be glued down and nailed down and that there should be spacers.  As a result, the floor snapped out.   

I gave all the paper work to the Quality construction for the flooring and I don?t think they cared enough to read it and it doesn?t work that way.  What they recommended on the paper work was the side that you have to snap it in really needs to be glued down and that was the one thing that they did not do, glued it well.  I have a very large run and you also need to put in spacers I think and they did not that either.  The spacers were used because my run was too long.  My living room, dining room and hallway are too long of the run for this type of flooring and that was we were told when Tansylvania came out and they did their best to fix it.  It was Transylvania who fixed what Quality Builders did not do right.  But it?s starting to come apart again because of the heat and cooling but as not as bad as the first time.  When I gave the information to Quality Construction, I did not read it myself.  After it became such a mess, I got back at the instructions and I read it.  The instruction clearly said that it needed spacers and glued down and even nailing down.  It was a very detailed instruction so I can?t complain about Lumber Liquidation because they were clear on the instruction.  But Quality Builders didn?t read it.  

I was not there but it was my husband who dealt with them.  They are individual and dependent contractors.   They did the installation but we had to have it re-installed by another service provider.  We did a whole condo and we had to tear up quite a bit and re-do it.  They did as well as they could do with what we have.  It was still another $1300 - $1400 for the labor cost and we could have paid that the first time around.  So the floor cost us a lot more money than we should have.  I was very disappointed in what happened.  I would never hire them.  

However they were prompt and very courteous.  But the tile work that they did was fine.  He never responded again because we were calling them back to complain.  They did not have the ability to do some of the things that we asked them to do but some of it were done without problems.  But I will not hire them again.

Overall, this remodel experience went fairly smoothly. The team was on time, worked hard, played no loud music(which I appreciated) and cleaned up the work site nightly. The work was completed on time. And at the end, we have a wonderful new kitchen and great looking wood floors. Many thanks!

Quality construction came through. We ran into a bind with an issue with another contractor to finish our kitchen. Quality stepped in and finished the job for us in about a 1.5 weeks. They followed up with an update each night along with a list of what would be completed the next day. They even went a step further and checked out a few things that we had questions on after the job was complete. We our happy with our kitchen and would recommend Quality again.

I am really pleased with the work, this company went over and above. The owner showed me more economical ways to do things. His wife was very sensitive to my needs, answering calls promptly. They came to our aid after a bad experience with our previous contractor. When I over ordered supplies the owner helped me secure a credit.

The workers were pleasant.

Even my neighbors were impressed.

The service Quality Construction provided was fantastic. They completed the job in a timely manner. They worked hard and finished the job perfectly. If there was a question we needed answered, Bogdan Nowak (the president) was available almost instantaneous to answer the most basic questions. If Bogdan was not on site,he would get there right away to answer our questions. We will highly recommend Quality Construction to any of our family or friends interested in a remodelproject.

They were very professional and helpful every step of the way. They helped us decide on the cabinets and suggested which finer details would work well with the choices we made and our tastes and decor of the rest of our house. It was like working with a designer, interior decorator, contractor and an artist all at the same time. They stayed in good communication with each other, their suppliers and us every step of way. We were told clearly what to expect and everything happened as they told us it would; and what's more important they were true to their estimates both on timeline and price. We had them work for us before, and we are are thrilled with the work they did on the kitchen. Cooking seemed a chore in the past, now in the new kitchen somehow I find that I enjoy every minute of it. This is a company you can trust and rely on to give you a great deal and help you get your home a place you absolutely love and are proud to show off. They definitely did that for us.We plan to hire them in the future if we ever take on finishing the basement.

They arrived for the estimate early, listened to the ideas we had carefully and helped me find the colors that now as I look at the walls of the house bring a smile to my face every day. They kept the place in order, covered the floors and furniture nicely and cleaned up after themselves well. I actually cancelled the cleaning service that was supposed to come clean up after the job was done because there was no paint splatter for us to deal with. Very professional. I highly recommend them to all who plan to pain or remodel. Prices are great and quality of the job seems better than what I see at my parents house, even though their contractors were more expensive.

They were very well priced, finished the job faster than I thought they would and truly made us happy with our new master bath. They were very professional, efficient and extremely helpful from start to finish. They walked us through the process step by step. We were a bit nervous about the process at the beginning they quickly put us at easy and made decisions easy. Showed up early for the estimate, scheduled the start date around our busy schedules. Some days stayed late to get things done faster so we could start enjoying the new bath early. The manager checked with us frequently to make sure everything was as it should be and that we were truly happy. Our gorgeous tile sparkles, cabinets are functional and beautiful, the fixtures they recommended complement each other in gracious harmony... I don't ever want to leave the bath anymore... my candles, and bubble baths never had such beautiful and serene surrounding before... and all with huge savings... which made my husband very happy... he actually agreed that we could do more work on the house because we were so happy with this experience.
