Bob obviously knows what he's doing. Every piece of work he did is perfect, just like what he said -- he's a perfectionist! He always came to our house on time, always communicated thoroughly about what he planned to do, and responded quickly to our concerns. I like to ask contractors a lot of questions on why and how they would perform certain work, to find out if the contractor really is a qualified one and knows what he's doing. Some contractors hate that because they're afraid to show their weakness and lack of experience, but Bob is always open to questions, and would explain very clearly to me to address my concerns. I feel he's trustable like a friend. He put a lot of time on his work, and his efforts got paid off when every one enters our new kitchen with a "wow!". BTW. His charge is very reasonable too. We'll hire him to renovate our bathrooms in the future. I highly recommend him to any one who is considering a home remodeling project. After all, how many contractors on the market are trustable and can do a quality job like Bob does?
