At Mosquito Hunters, we believe that the only thing better than summer is a mosquito-free summer! Mosquito Hunters is a service-based mosquito control company that provide environmentally-friendly treatments throughout all of Chicagoland. Our treatments come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to get rid of your mosquitoes so that you can enjoy being outside again. With Mosquito Hunters' season packages, both residential and business customers receive regular treatments throughout mosquito season (every 3 weeks, typically 6 to 10 visits per season). Every one of our friendly technicians is licensed by the Dept. of Agriculture and all synthetic solutions that we apply are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. All service performed by Mosquito Hunters are safe for adults, kids, and pets.

2. Responsive service. Scheduling over phone. Changed timing and date of spraying due to rain.

I received emails and a call from a manager and the co-owner regarding my situation. Both administrators were very apologetic and the co-owner expedited a refund of my initial contract. With so many options to choose from in my area, I generally am reluctant to continue with the same company after a negative experience. However, today I received a follow--up call from the co-owner verifying that my refund was received and asking, once again, how the company could help improve my experience.
