"Thank you for inquiring about Molly Maid professional house cleaning service. I’m sorry you were not able to get an appointment for an estimate at a time of your liking. We have been operating for seventeen years and have provided many in home estimates outside our normal hours of operation. Our National Call center books our estimates and has calendar of available dates and times. Whenever someone requests an estimate before or after our normal operating hours they are instructed to forward that request to us so we can find a time that is needed. In almost every occasion we find a way to make it happen. In this case the special request never made it to our office. If it had known we would have no doubt accommodated you. For this breakdown in communication I apologize. If you wish to give us another opportunity just ask for the owner who does the estimates and we will find a good time for you. I’m confident if in the end you chose Molly Maid as your house cleaning company you will be very pleased."
