I used them for a long time, but I dropped them because I wasn't happy. When I signed up with them, I told them that I wanted them to do one thing when they came, and they didn't do it. Every time I called up to remind them, they said they would do it. They said they had it written down and that they should be doing it. They said they would talk to them, and it just never got done, so that's why I dropped them. Even though the house was clean, there was that one thing I asked them to do and they never did it.

The price was fair, and the ladies were punctual, but we were disappointed with the overall quality of work. You could tell that they started on the main level (kitchen, living room, half-bath) and then worked their way upstairs because things got less precise on the upper level. It seems that they ran out of time while working on the upstairs bathroom - there was still dirt in the corners, pet hair on the floor, and some water spots on the fixtures. While it was cleaner than before, I wasn't as satisfied as I should have been from a professional cleaning.

The ladies who come into my home are always very nice and professional. They do a really good job at cleaning are thorough. At one point we had an accident where some cleaning water was spilled on the carpet and we did get a bleach stain. But Robert and Molly Maid called in a carpet dying professional and they took care of it. it looks like it never happened! Accidents happen so I was not really bothered by it and when it was fixed there was absolutely nothing to be concerned with. I was very impressed with Roberts quick call to me and his follow ups until the process was completed. We are very happy with Molly Maid and will continue to use them.

The service has turned out well. I would like it if they used the same people every time but I understand with once a month service that is not possible. Everyone including the office staff are very nice to work with.

Was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning by Molly Maids. The two cleaners arrived in the middle of the arrival window, work hard and did a thorough job cleaning. About 75% of the way through the cleaning the area supervisor arrived to check on progress.

They come in and they are quiet and polite. They do their job and it takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to clean our home. They do a very nice job and they are very flexible with their scheduling. When you make a contract with them they will change the schedule according to your need. They even get the top of the fan and picture frames. I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner came to our house and did a thorough walkthrough, discussing all of my special requests and offering tips for keeping the house clean. He gave an estimate and was able to meet our time and start date. The team arrived on time the first day and walked through with me noting all of the special requests I had mentioned to the owner. They were warm and friendly and didn't miss a spot! Their supervisor stopped by twice during the first cleaning to ensure they were meeting standards. They exceeded all expectations, are affordable, and have been on time for each visit since then. I would highly recommend Nolly Maid to anyone in our area!

Molly Maids cleaned our home on an every other week basis for about three months.
I met the owner for an estimate. He explained their policies regarding employee background checks and office security. We decided to entrust them with a key to our home and allow the maids to clean unsupervised. Unfortunately, on the fifth visit, a piece of jewelry went missing.
I can say with absolute certainty that the item was present on the nightstand when I left for the day and gone when I returned home. Just the same, my husband and I have diligently and repeatedly searched the bedroom and house, in hopes that it was moved, brushed onto the floor, etc. The item never turned up.
I won't go into our experience with respect to the actual cleaning. For me, the services rendered are irrelevant in light of the missing jewelry.
Addendum 12/21/2012:
The police did investigate and they did speak with us, however, the results of the police investigation were inconclusive. Meaning that Molly Maids was not exonerated, but that the police could not ascertain whether or not the Molly Maids employees were involved in the disappearance of the jewelery. Regarding Molly Maids' challenging the timing of this review, we posted this response shortly after joining Angie's List.

"Here at Molly Maid we recognize that we are consistently entrusted with an enormous responsibility. Nearly 70% of the over one million homes Molly Maid offices clean from cost to cost every year and have for the past thirty years provide us with a house key or a garage code. We enter the home, do our work, secure the home and leave. In order for us to do this we must earn the trust of our community and communities around the country. We proudly have done just that. We have worked tirelessly to earn that trust. It begins by hiring only people who have a legal right to work in the United States. We pay a sizeable fee to ADP to screen all potential employees. Their social security number, credit background, criminal background and driver’s license record are reviewed. This way we can avoid hiring anyone that is not in the USA legally or has a blemished record. In the case of our former customer we provided house cleaning service to her home five times beginning May 10, 2011. After the fifth visit we were notified that a piece of jewelry was missing. We spoke with the cleaning team and immediately searched for the item thinking possibility that it got knocked to the floor and was accidentally vacuumed up. Our search was unsuccessful. Since our customer felt our employees had to have taken the item I suggested that they follow standard insurance company procedure and call the police. A police report is required and would give the police an opportunity to properly investigate. We wanted this matter resolved as quickly as possible. The police did in fact investigate. They interviewed the home owners as well as the Molly Maid employees who cleaned the home. The police after conducting a professional investigation and interviews with all involved concluded that they believed that Molly Maid was NOT involved. This was shared with Molly Maid and the home owner. The member's discontinued their Molly Maid service and we never heard anything again until more than nine months later when they wrote is very negative review. We hire the best possible persons, using the best possible screening services and were exonerated by the police yet ¾ of a year later we are condemned and humiliated. The owner of the Highland Park franchise met with me personally to go over the job. He was extremely professional and thorough. The women who did the cleaning were also excellent. The follow-up after the cleaning was also prompt and professional. They are very careful about the products they use and I was very happy that they considered indoor air quality and health. I got bids from other companies and this one was the best as well as being the most responsive. They are the best cleaning company I have ever worked with. I will be using them on a regular basis.

They arrive when they say they are coming. I have this service on Mondays and if a holiday falls on a Monday, I like the fact that they change the day of service and send me a postcard. I never have to worry about changing a day in addition if the day they are scheduled to come to my house and the scheduled day is not good for me it is very easy to change.
There is one lead maid who speaks very good english and two or three other maids. They very nice and respectful of my house and me. I like the fact that they bring their own cleaning supplies and so I do not have to worry about supplies or even a vacuum cleaner.
They are very pleasant to deal with and when I need to call the main office they are very good. Overall, we like the service and would recommend Molly Maids.
