The work began in the fall of 2011 and was completed in the spring of 2012. After an initial delay caused by delays in another job Mizener was working on, the timing went smoothly. Everything necessary to close up the house for winter was completed in a timely fashion. The carpenters and painters were professional, prompt, cleaned up after themselves and were easy to work with. Questions that arose were easily resolved.
The job was quoted on a time and materials basis and the price was fair. The work men went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. My only dissatisfaction was with management.

Although it took much longer to get proposals and then to get this accomplished (due to other work commitments on the part of Mizener Construction and then by weather) the quality of the work was very good. Making changes and adjustments as the project was going on was never a problem and is always expected with this kind of project. Most of the work was done in October and November but a few details were not finished until the spriing of 2012. The workmen were competent, prompt, cleaned up and easy to have around.

The price includes the labor and material. They were very dedicated to getting our place cleaned up after the work was done. They wanted to make sure we were happy with the work.

They were very professional from the guy who did the estimating to the work crew. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure they were not tracking stuff in and out. They also moved furniture and were just really nice.
