We had them install underground drainage and connect that to our new gutters/downspouts. Cost $12k. Professional landscape companies have come out to quote us on repair or troubleshooting. The sentiment is the same, Manuel Ruiz Landscaping used cheap products and installed a drainage system that not one of nine landscape design companies say is the correct installation method. DO NOT USE MANUEL RUIZ LANDSCAPING!
